You have to understand it's hard to find somebody[where I live in Arizona] that will come in and say "I'll be here" and they actually show up. You have to be careful. They're constantly telling us seniors to be worried about scammers.The gal next door [who had recently invested 80 thousand dollars in to renovations to her home], she came over here and said does "he do renovations in the house" [inside] and I said "yeah I'm talking to him about a kitchen renovation." She said "I wish I had known about him" (cause she got cheated.... Oh, she just took a beating.)

I had... I had an estimate of $7500, and I had an estimate of 38 [hundred], but that was not a permitted build. And, they wanted to sneak in on a Friday afternoon and be gone by Sunday (before anybody knew they did it). And I thought, "I'm not going to do this build in the dark, you idiot!" I felt like I was a crook just after... dirty, just after I talked to him [another contractor].John cleaned up after each day of remodeling, plus was courteous & precise
He did the the job in 3 or 4 days. His estimates came in right on. He cleans up afterwards, which was a big thing for me. They, he didn't leave my property a mess. So, when he left, they cleaned up.He was going to be late one day and he called and let me know. I just think there's all those things you can say --- His standard of work is very good!
